Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or client relationship experience in construction or related industry.
• Established network within Dallas-Fort Worth construction market preferred.
• Experience with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, municipalities, or commercial real estate professionals is highly valued.
• Proven ability to develop relationships that generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that lead to exciting commercial construction opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business through networking, client meetings, industry events, market research, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from first conversation through project award.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activity to identify future opportunities.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to develop competitive pursuit strategies.
• Represent Ratcliff Constructors LP at networking events, industry organizations, and client meetings.
• Champion commitment to Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Budget in every client interaction.
