Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Virginia Beach to drive growth through strong customer relationships and expert product knowledge. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate with the GM, and lead a team to meet sales and service objectives while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

The role requires in-depth automotive parts knowledge, the ability to source from multiple channels, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams.
• Knowledge of inventory, profitability concepts, and supplier networks.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
