Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the commercial side of the business in Virginia. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, expert automotive knowledge, and coordination with the GM for team development and delivery execution.

The position requires maintaining commercial relationships, driving GAS2 selling, and meeting sales objectives, with supervision of team members and dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
