Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Bealeton, VA is seeking a professional Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced commercial functions and grow profitable relationships. You will work with the GM to coach team members, manage deliveries, and maintain commercial stocking programs.

Required: strong automotive parts knowledge, 3+ years experience preferred, and excellent English communication. ASE certification is a plus, with opportunities for commission based on performance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and a track record of customer fulfillment.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive growth.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards are met.
