Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Virginia Beach seeks a Commercial Parts Pro to grow the commercial business through customer retention and sales. You will work with the GM to coach team members and supervise daily tasks, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stocking.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive parts, strong knowledge of catalogs, POS and inventory systems, and the ability to work days/evenings/weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and instruction documents.
• Effective communication with customers, peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise daily tasks and coach team members with the GM.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier network.
