The ideal candidate has 7+ years in complex commercial P&C sales and active P&C licensure, with a track record in middle-market client engagement and strategic growth. The role emphasizes business development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 7+ years experience in complex commercial P&C insurance sales.
• Preferred: additional state licenses.
• Experience with middle-market clients ($50M–$500M revenue).
• Engagement with C-suite decision-makers and influencers.
• Professional designations (CPCU, CIC, or ARM).

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying and cultivating new client opportunities.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Execute a personal business plan to meet annual new business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for new and renewal business.
• Build strong partnerships with bank colleagues within assigned market.
• Conduct pre-call research for client meetings to provide impactful guidance.
• Provide leadership to service and operations teams.
• Participate in sales meetings and client strategy sessions.
• Maintain required licenses and continuing education requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
