Huntington Insurance in Atlanta is seeking an Insurance Sales Executive Senior – Commercial P&C to drive high-impact, commission-based growth with strategic clients in the $50M–$500M+ revenue range. The role requires strong consultative selling, effective communication, and deep industry knowledge.

You will lead business development, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to craft strategies for new and renewal business. A P&C license and 7+ years in complex sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 7+ years of experience in complex commercial P&C insurance sales.

Responsabilités

• Drive business development by identifying and cultivating new client opportunities through networks, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Execute a personal business plan to meet or exceed annual new business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategies for new and renewal business.
• Build partnerships with bank colleagues within the assigned market/industry verticals.
• Conduct pre-call research to present impactful advice and guidance.
• Provide leadership to service and operations teams for ongoing development.
• Participate in sales meetings, client strategy sessions, and company events.
• Maintain required licenses and complete continuing education.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
