The ideal candidate has 7+ years in complex commercial P&C insurance sales, an active P&C license, and a proven ability to pursue and close deals with mid-to-large client revenue ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and active Property & Casualty license.
• 7+ years of experience in complex commercial Property & Casualty insurance sales.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close large deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying and cultivating new client opportunities.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Execute a personal business plan to meet annual new business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategies for new and renewal business.
• Build partnerships with bank colleagues in assigned markets.
• Conduct pre-call research for client meetings and provide impactful guidance.
• Lead and support service and operations teams.
