• 7+ years of complex commercial P&C insurance sales experience.

• Identify and cultivate new client opportunities through networks, events, and partnerships.

• Execute personal business plan to meet or exceed annual new business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for new and renewal business.
• Build partnerships with bank colleagues within assigned market/industry vertical(s).
• Conduct pre-call research for client meetings to present impactful advice.
