Job summary

Williams seeks a Commercial Optimization Sr to optimize revenue streams across the eastern interstate pipeline within the assigned market area. You will coordinate with Pipeline Control and Commercial groups to implement controls that maximize service utilization and revenue, and perform Critical Day tasks in the 1Line system for operation changes.

You will lead JV partnerships, support tariff changes, and coordinate with internal partners on project expansions and abandonments.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the energy industry.
Preferred: Master's degree; familiarity with contractual and tariff provisions.

Responsibilities

Determines services impacted when system capacity is limited due to outages or changes in flow dynamics.
Supports, develops and implements controls to better predict customer imbalances and utilization of services.
Coordinates with internal partners on tariff changes and expansion project implementation; coordinates facility abandonments.
Represents Williams on JV assets governance and revenue optimization with JV partners.
Supports gas control in planning to ensure firm obligations are met and revenue streams are optimized.
Develops tariff modifications and trains Commercial Services Reps on changes to practices.
