Umicore seeks a customer service and sales support professional to provide inbound assistance for US/Canada customers, process orders, and coordinate shipping and invoicing. You will backfill quotations, compile reports, and help maintain SAP data to ensure accurate pricing and order information.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, and Logistics, plus ongoing training to stay current on products and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support for U.S. and Canada overflow calls.
• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Handle order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Support Sales Manager with quotations and reports.
• Prepare export documentation for shipments to Canada.
• Maintain SAP customer, pricing, quotation, and sales order data.
