Qualifications

• Customer service experience handling inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support for US/Canada overflow calls, including order inquiries and handling, refining requests, product information, complaints, and supply purchases.
• Process orders for US markets: picking, packaging, shipment coordination, and updating records.
• Manage shipping/receiving activities and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support sales team with quotations, sales reports, market research, and business development.
• Prepare export documentation for shipments to Canada and coordinate logistics.
