Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma, generics, pricing/contract evaluation.
• Deep expertise in pricing, contract management, chargebacks, and gross-to-net.
• Experience with wholesalers, distributors, GPOs, and customer agreements.
• Exposure to inventory management, supply chain, demand planning.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, contract administration, chargebacks, and gross-to-net management.
• Manage contracts and relationships with wholesalers, distributors, GPOs, and key customers.
• Analyze pricing performance, rebates, fees, and contract terms to optimize profitability and support business growth.
• Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations to ensure product availability.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain on forecasting, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
• Support launch planning and execution for new products across retail and institutional channels.
