HDR is seeking a Commercial Manager to support contract and financial management on water infrastructure projects in California. You will collaborate with Project and Program Managers to oversee contracts, monitoring performance, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, law or equivalent.
• 7+ years' experience in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management or staff leadership.
• Knowledge of contracting practices and applicable regulations.
• Experience with project controls and project estimating software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Implement contract management procedures in line with HDR policy.
• Lead mentoring and training activities for Project Management.
• Collaborate with Project/Program Managers to administer contracts.
• Monitor contract documents for conformance.
• Track financial aspects and ensure work stays within scope and budget.
• Support leadership in change orders and commercial matters.
