Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years related experience in civil engineering or projects.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of major water infrastructure projects.
• Design, coordinate, and oversee civil engineering works including layouts, drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality; communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and project managers; support business development and growth.
