Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of commercial loan servicing experience.
• Notary Public license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files and verify booking accuracy.
• Perform quality control on new loan files and modifications.
• Prepare payoff figures and process payoffs, discharges, and required records.
• Process payments and transfers for commercial lines of credit.
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and customers for documentation.
