Job summary

Country Bank for Savings seeks a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Ware, MA. The role covers end-to-end loan servicing for the commercial portfolio with a 40-hour work week. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range between $60,000 and $70,000 annually.

Primary duties include reviewing loan documents, quality control, payoff processing, and coordination with loan officers, attorneys, and vendors. Notary licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial loan servicing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary Public license preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills emphasized.
• Ability to interpret federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review the Masterfile for loan bookings to match documents.
• Quality check new files, modifications, and releases; coordinate with staff and Attorneys.
• Prepare payoff figures under MGL Ch 163; process payoffs and discharges.
• Prepare partial release letters and ensure accuracy; coordinate recording with registries.
• Process monetary transactions including wires, advances, and payments on loans.
• Assist customers with loan payment discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain insurance policy data with Allied Solutions and insurers.
• Coordinate escrow payments for real estate taxes on commercial loans.
• Reconcile general ledgers for Commercial Work in Process and related items.
• Monitor weekly loan reports in OnBase and ensure proper processing.
• Provide guidance and training to loan servicing staff.
