• 8+ years of experience in commercial and SBA lending, compliance, and documentation regulations.
• 8+ years of experience in business banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance, or related courses (or extensive in‑house training).
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
• Technical aptitude to understand complex programs and applications.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in interactions inside and outside the organization.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; detail‑oriented and organized.

Aufgaben

• Oversee preparation, processing, and review of commercial and small business loan documentation.
• Coordinate loan closings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review collateral documents and ensure completeness of loan packages.
• Manage pre‑closing conditions (insurance, etc.) and post‑closing reviews.
• Prepare funding instructions and coordinate with accounting for timing.
• Order and interpret third‑party reports; determine authorized parties for loans.
• Maintain borrower relationships and act as primary contact for inquiries.
• Support annual credit reviews and loan renewals; track due dates and gather financials.
• Monitor maturities and covenant requirements; identify retention or expansion opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to ensure adherence to loan terms.
• Maintain and organize loan files with borrower and guarantor financials and returns.
• Other duties as assigned by Lending leadership.
