Job summary

S&T Bank in Indiana, PA is seeking a Compliance and Loan Operations professional to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of commercial loan requests, including property reports, appraisals, UCC searches, and related disclosures.

You will review HMDA, Reg B, CIP, CDD and coordinate with underwriters and bankers, manage vendor reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation in the loan origination workflow.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general business experience and two to five years specialized experience in Commercial Lending, Document Regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs reviews on loan applications and modifications to ensure data integrity.
• Reviews HMDA, Reg. B, CIP, CDD monitoring for procedure effectiveness.
• Obtain and review Beneficial Ownership and perform OFAC search.
• Order, receive and review Property Reports, Flood Determinations, UCC Searches, and Appraisals.
• Track orders with vendors and distribute reports to Bankers to schedule loan closings.
