Job summary

Centier Bank in Indiana is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to monitor loan processing and ensure accurate documentation across consumer and commercial lending. You will coordinate with Commercial Administrative Analysts, Bankers, SBA team, and other stakeholders to support timely loan monitoring.

The role emphasizes guest service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the directorates to clear exceptions and keep files up to date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years’ experience in banking, operations, or a service-related role required.
• 3-5 years of banking experience with commercial lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service and relationship management.
• Maintain loan files with complete documentation for renewals and inquiries.
• Monitor Abrigo for withdrawn, denied, and incomplete loan requests, esp. SBA.
• Review files to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Scan and import documents into Image Center as needed.
• Support various lending portfolios (C&I, Residential Construction, Syndications) and prepare reports.
