Qualifications

• Must read, write and analyze routine business documents and financial reports.
• Ability to interpret loan documents and credit policies.
• Strong customer service and proactive communication skills.
• Knowledge of HMDA, CRA and retail banking processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume/complex loans efficiently.
• Coordinate preparation and review of loan documentation for compliance.
• Resolve documentation exceptions and manage compliance reporting.
• Assist bankers with data collection and client communication to manage relationships.
• Monitor reports for past-due or maturing loans and support issue mitigation.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Manager and CCMG for construction loan disbursements as needed.
• Promote strong customer experiences through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Loan Admin, CIS, Loan Review, and related departments.
• Provide retail support in certain markets when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
