Job summary

MRINetwork seeks a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist for a large regional bank in Southern Indiana. You will manage the creation, closing, and review of loan documents to ensure collateral perfection across the Commercial Loan portfolio.

Responsibilities include assembling document packages, validating terms against credit approvals, coordinating with loan officers, and ensuring timely closing while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of loan documentation and closing experience.
• High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred.
• Understanding of flood procedures and flood insurance.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, in writing, and over the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Administer processes to create, close and review loan documentation and perfection of collateral for the Commercial Loan portfolio.
• Prepare loan document packages in line with approved terms, including notes, security agreements and UCC filings.
• Ensure accuracy by completing the Commercial Documentation Checklist and coordinating with loan officers.
• Upload supporting documents to Sageworks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and closing requirements; mentor junior staff.
