Job summary

United Fidelity Bank in Evansville, IN is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist II to administer the creation, closing, and review of loan documents and collateral perfection for the commercial loan portfolio.

You will ensure timeliness and accuracy, prepare documentation packages (notes, mortgages, guarantees, UCCs), and coordinate with loan officers and QA to meet closing timelines in a busy banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in loan documentation and closing, with real estate/commercial focus.
• Experience with LaserPro, Fiserv; Abrigo/Sageworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer transmittal, review, retention, and monitoring of loan documents.
• Create loan document packages complying with terms and conditions.
• Prepare and review closing packages and support documents (notes, mortgages, guarantees, UCCs).
• Coordinate with loan officers, QA, and Compliance to meet closing deadlines.
• Document loan filings in iLien and upload docs to Sageworks as needed.
• Follow Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
