Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager based in Phoenix, AZ, to lead a team responsible for preparing and reviewing complex loan documents while ensuring quality control, SLAs, and regulatory compliance across the function.

The role requires extensive experience with CRE and SBA loan documentation, collaboration with Processing, Closing, QC, and Servicing teams, and coordination with outside counsel on complex transactions. Travel onsite in Phoenix is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of loan documentation experience.
• Hands-on experience with commercial and business loan documentation including loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, and entity documents.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending documentation requirements and governance standards.

• Documentation QC review, policy and regulatory alignment, and exception tracking.

JCW has partnered with a well-established credit union seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise within the commercial loan documentation function, overseeing the preparation and review of complex and nonstandard loan documents while ensuring quality control standards, service level agreements, and compliance requirements are met across the team.
