Job summary

Church Pension Group is seeking an entry-level examiner-level support professional to assist in the Commercial Lines Underwriting team. The role focuses on gathering underwriting information, preparing documentation, and supporting underwriters to ensure accurate pricing and coverage.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years working in insurance property & casualty industry or related experience preferred.
• Associates degree and/or combination of education & equivalent experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Underwriters with administrative, technical and operational tasks.
• Prepare and evaluate underwriting information, loss experience and exposure details.
• Analyze underwriting reports and endorsements to assist in pricing and coverage decisions.
• Mentor other assistants and contribute to process improvements across underwriting workflows.
• Utilize technology tools and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
