Our dynamic team is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter to assist in the acquisition and retention of profitable commercial lines customers, through sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy. The Underwriter will work with assigned agents in meeting profitability and production goals, by following guidelines and establishing business relationships, along with managing the pricing and underwriting of an assigned territory of business.The ideal candidate will have commercial lines underwriting experience handling new and renewal underwriting, along with strong agency relationships in Texas. This position will be a hybrid position working in the Southwest Regional Office in Richardson, TX.

The salary range for this position is $83,080-$127,945 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
