HUB International is seeking a Sales Leader in Los Angeles to drive the performance of a cohort of Sales Producers, setting targets and cultivating a high accountability culture. The leader may also manage their own book of business as a producer.

Responsibilities include coaching, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to retain and grow client relationships across Commercial Lines. A P&C license is required, with potential for growth and strategic leadership within HUB’s broader

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership, team management, or producer mentorship experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• Property & Casualty license required
• Experience selling into a specific industry or specialty preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a cohort of Sales Producers to hit growth targets.
• Set and monitor production goals aligned with divisional objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct regular pipeline reviews and one-on-ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Oversee SRM activity and CRM data accuracy.
