Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• 3 years of sales leadership, team management, or producer mentorship experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a cohort of Sales Producers to achieve new business and organic growth targets.
• Set individual and team production goals in alignment with divisional objectives and monitor progress.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top producer talent to support HUB’s growth objectives.
• Manage the sales budget and partner with HR on compensation planning and producer leveling.
• Collaborate with account managers and service staff to ensure high-quality client delivery and satisfaction.
