Job summary

Acrisure, a leading global fintech-insurance platform, is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a large commercial lines book with a focus on construction accounts. You will oversee service, renewals, and client relationships, collaborating with Producers and Account Executives.

You will maintain detailed documentation in Applied EPIC and stay current on underwriting guidelines to support optimal placements and carrier negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty including construction accounts
• Strong organizational and proactive work habits
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical math and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a designated book of large and complex commercial accounts.
• Oversee renewal lifecycle including data collection, exposure analysis, marketing strategy, carrier negotiations, and renewal proposals.
• Manage new business marketing with Producers and Account Executives to design placements and evaluate quotes.
• Review and analyze policy audits; address discrepancies with carriers and clients.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documents, endorsements, and binders reflecting negotiated terms.
• Provide expert client support and proactive guidance to strengthen relationships.
