Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager in the Large Commercial Lines space. You will be the primary client contact, overseeing a portfolio of large, complex accounts and supporting Account Executives as needed.

Responsibilities include renewal lifecycle management, data analysis, carrier negotiations, and delivering strategic placement with Producers. This on-site role emphasizes client service and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty required.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and be proactive.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills: calculate discounts, premiums, commissions and percentages.
• Reasoning skills: solve problems, interpret instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a designated book of large and complex commercial accounts.
• Oversee the full renewal lifecycle including data collection, exposure analysis, and renewal proposals.
• Manage new business marketing with Producers and Account Executives; design placement strategies.
