Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Senior Account Manager for Large Commercial Lines with a focus on construction accounts. You will be the primary client contact and support Account Executives in servicing complex commercial portfolios.

Responsibilities include leading renewal activities, coordinating data collection, and negotiating with carriers to secure optimal programs. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and precise documentation in EPIC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty required, focus on Construction Accounts.
• Active Property & Casualty License required; CRIS/CPCU a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; on-site collaboration.
• Proficiency with agency systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a large and complex commercial book.
• Oversee the full renewal lifecycle: data collection, exposure analysis, and proposals.
• Manage new business marketing, carrier submissions, and quote evaluation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documents and endorsements.
• Maintain diligent client activity records in the agency management system.
• Support collaboration with Producers and Account Executives to optimize placements.
