• Resident P&C Producer License
• Middle Market Risk Experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in Account Management; 5-10 years total preferred
• Contract and Lease Review Experience; MS Office proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and staff
• Proficiency with Applied Systems Epic

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers and Associated personnel on client procedures
• Market new business and renewals for existing clients and document accordingly
• Understand clients' objectives and compare insurance plans for suitability
• Review and service accounts for renewals; prepare applications and proposals
• Document conversations with clients and carriers in management systems
• Liaise between clients and carriers to resolve service issues
• Maintain policy details and client files for new and renewal policies
• Develop new business from existing accounts and pursue cross-selling opportunities
