Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Commercial Lines team in California. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, manage accounts, and drive cross-sell opportunities while upholding high service standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial lines, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to coordinate renewals, proposals, and coverage changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Current California Department of Insurance license is required.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to customers and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts.
• Oversee renewals, account management and new business development.
• Inform Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and other problems.
• Prepare formal proposals, review exposure and coverage needs, and bind policies.
