The position focuses on maintaining client communications, preparing transmittal letters, and organizing department records while ensuring compliance with EPIC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
• Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary.
• Department scanning.
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.
