Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• State Property & Casualty license required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC, CSR24, and Indio as applicable throughout the renewal process.
• Coordinate loss runs and experience modifications as applicable.
• Draft carrier submissions and client proposals.
• Support obtaining client online portal quotes.
• Draft client proposals and communications using templates and letters.
• Attach and organize documents in EPIC; create activities and assign to team members.
• Ensure renewals are processed accurately and key data elements are managed.
• Respond to escalation for client administration and related call center activities.
