Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC, CSR24, and Indio during renewal processes.
• Coordinate loss runs and experience modifications as applicable.
• Draft carrier submissions and client proposals.
• Assist with client online portal quotes and communications to clients and carriers.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; create activities and assign to team members.
• Ensure renewals are processed accurately and data elements are maintained.
