Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
• Hands on personal approach to customer service and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews, negotiates and finalizes quotes.
• Obtains information from clients, analyzes risk, and applies technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Sets up and maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Leverages templates and system-generated letters and forms for standard client communications.
