Zusammenfassung

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive to manage a book of business, serving as a relationship manager and strategic advisor. You will work with the Account Management Team to grow the book and ensure a seamless renewal process for clients.

You will provide guidance on all commercial lines, partner on applications and marketing strategies, and conduct client meetings. Some travel and a remote/hybrid work arrangement are available.

Qualifikationen

• P&C broker’s license required upon hire; CPCU or similar designation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance; prior retail brokerage experience desired.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Lead primary client relationship and development of the service plan for growth and retention.
• Establish trust with clients through proactive contact and issue resolution.
• Initiate client meetings to strategize renewal marketing and advise on coverage options.
• Review ownership/leases and contracts to collect insurance requirements for compliance.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and wholesalers based on exposures and claims history.
• Prepare renewal submissions with loss analysis and recommended coverages; present renewals.
• Understand Marketing/Underwriting processes to obtain comprehensive quotes on time.
• Negotiate to obtain comprehensive coverage and competitive premiums.
• Develop relationships with underwriters, wholesalers, and other partners.
• Travel 2-3 times per year as required for client or meeting needs.
