Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is expanding its Commercial Lines team in Burlington, VT. The Commercial Lines Account Executive will manage and grow client relationships, develop insurance strategies, and oversee submissions, renewals, and negotiations.

This full‑time role offers a hybrid work schedule from Burlington, VT or remote work. Standard hours are M–F, 8:00–5:00 ET. A strong focus on retention and growth drives performance and rewards."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 5+ years industry experience in Commercial Lines or related.
• P&C license required; CIC/CPCU or similar preferred.
• Applied Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Manage and grow client relationships as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Prepare and oversee submissions, renewals, and coverage analyses.
• Lead or support project plans for account direction and growth.
• Coordinate with Claims and internal teams to deliver service excellence.
• Maintain diaries and accurate client/ exposure information.
