Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading advisory firm delivering risk, wealth management and retirement solutions. The role emphasizes proactive relationship development with carriers and clients, preparing renewal proposals, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

As part of the team, you will lead proposal reviews with the Account Executive, communicate progress to clients, and maintain comprehensive client files in line with office procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years client service and/or industry and/or product line experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take an active role in meetings.
• Prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and spreadsheets results as they come in; first draft of renewal presentation.
• Lead on reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers.
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
