Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team in Franklin, TN. This hybrid role focuses on servicing large commercial accounts and delivering exceptional coverage and service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and proficiency with Applied Epic and Zywave tools to support growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience with large accounts.
• Active P&C license required.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically $500k–$1M.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quotes for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Hartford, Travelers, and Cincinnati to ensure optimal coverage.
• Utilize Applied Epic and Zywave to manage accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Work with producers to support business growth while focusing on service responsibilities.
