Job summary
Pathfinder LL & D Insurance in Texas is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and deliver top-tier service. You will oversee commercial lines accounts, coordinate renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, and present proposals to clients.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial lines experience, Texas P&C license, and proficiency in Applied/Epic and CSR24.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in commercial lines insurance and industry knowledge.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficient with Applied/Epic and CSR24 is a plus.
- Texas Property & Casualty license required; HS diploma is minimum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
- Oversee commercial lines accounts including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewals to clients.
- Guide clients on policy coverage, risk management, and claims.
- Collaborate with production and marketing to identify new business.
- Process new policies, renewals, and changes accurately and timely.
