Job summary

Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee an established book of business and deliver exceptional client service. You will support producers, manage new business and renewals, and collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable terms.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in Applied EPIC, identifying coverage gaps, quoting and negotiating coverage, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Active insurance license; license must be current or be renewed within 90 days if lapsed.
• Strong commercial insurance and coverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and client-service skills.
• Applied Epic experience preferred; Indio, CSR24, and AI/technology experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage commercial accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Handle day-to-day account management including documentation, coverage questions, billing, audits, certificates, policy ordering & review and other servicing needs.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
• Market accounts, obtain and compare quotes, and negotiate coverage and pricing.
• Maintain accurate account records with Applied Epic; stay current on carrier appetite and market trends.
• Collaborate with producers and support team members; adapt to varying personalities.
