• EPIC experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee service of assigned accounts to ensure coverages are offered, placed, and renewed promptly per renewal practices.
• Direct proactive communication with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives on renewal, rounding, or cross-selling.
• Coordinate with Sales Agents, Marketing Managers, and Technical Assistants on renewals and cross-selling.
• Provide direction to Technical Assistants supporting assigned clients.
• Cross-sell or refer to other departments for additional lines and account rounding.
• Coordinate change requests and modify policies as needed.
• Manage underwriting, marketing, rating, proposals, and applications for sales/renewals.
• Record and report claims or refer to Claims department.
• Research reports for new/renewal business and review receivables.
• Maintain account documentation in EPIC per procedures.
• Follow Agency E&O guidelines.
• Report coverage omissions to Branch Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.
