Qualifications

• 3–5 years of life/health insurance experience.
• Active 2-15 Health & Life Insurance License.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service aspects to ensure coverage is offered, placed, or renewed per renewal practices.
• Direct pro-active communication with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales Agents and Technical Assistants on renewals and cross-selling.
• Provide direction to Technical Assistants working for assigned clients.
• Cross-sell or refer to appropriate departments for additional lines of coverage.
• Coordinate change requests and modify policies as requested.
• Manage underwriting, proposals, applications, and required documents for sales/renewals.
• Handle unresolved claims as necessary.
• Visit clients to discuss group needs and solutions.
• Conduct on-site enrollment meetings for renewals.
• Maintain documentation in EPIC system.
• Follow Agency E&O guidelines.
• Report omissions regarding coverage to Branch Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
