Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers. You will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategies for new business and renewals with supervision.

This role operates within a Real Estate concentration and may serve as lead consultant for assigned clients. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule across White Plains, Plainview NY, or Midtown Manhattan offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines experience with a retail insurance broker or independent agency.
• Experience managing a book of middle market accounts (up to $1MM revenue).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of insurance coverages to explain to clients and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, coverage limits and pricing with carriers.
• Collaborate with Claims on relevant client claims.
• Prepare client proposals from carrier quotes reflecting coverage terms, pricing and renewal results.
