Job summary

Central Bank of the Midwest in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Commercial Lending Support team member to assist with loan documentation, coordinate processing of new loans, letters of credit, extensions, and modifications, and help lending decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of general lending support experience preferred.
• Proficient in electronic imaging and workflow from application to loan closing.
• Commitment to the organization’s core values.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new commercial loans, letters of credit, extensions, and loan modifications.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Close loans and disperse loan proceeds as requested.
• Order flood certificates, appraisals, title insurance, and UCC searches.
• Support internal and external stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
