Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, customer service or operations or commercial lending
• Experience in commercial loan documentation and lending support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing sales support to Lenders including identifying cross-sell opportunities and coordinating presentations
• Originate, process and ensure accuracy of loan documentation for closings
• Prepare files for portfolio reviews and run reports on maturing lines/loans
• Monitor past due credits and maintain proactive customer contact
• Coordinate opening of deposits and other banking services with branch partners
