Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of commercial banking, loan administration, or related experience.
• Understanding of commercial loan lifecycle and CRE/C&I transactions.
• Ability to read loan approvals, identify conditions and missing information.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with customers and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn lending systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end commercial lending workflows from information collection to closing and post-closing.
• Request financial, entity, collateral, insurance, and closing information and prepare correspondence.
• Support CRE, owner-occupied and investment transactions with documentation and due diligence.
• Track approval conditions and handoffs to documentation teams; assist closing and funding.
• Monitor portfolio activities: reviews, maturities, covenants, insurance, and draws.
• Review information for completeness and maintain electronic loan records.
• Follow procedures to protect confidential information and escalate delays.
• Cross-train to ensure reliable backup coverage.
