• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable.
• Seven years of experience in complex commercial real estate lending and/or commercial & industrial loans management.
• Formal credit experience is required.
• Strong sales and expectation management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient with current technology and tools.
• Good organizational skills and accuracy.
• Effective time management and independent work ability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work as an active member of the sales/services lending department.
• Jointly establish annual quantitative sales objectives with supervisor.
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers.
• Provide timely sales information for performance reports.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial credit products and services.
• Provide direct service to commercial customers for deposits and loans.
• Assist customers with specialized services from other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of loan documentation procedures.
• Attend sales/trade meetings to develop new business and leads.
• Monitor problem credits and quality of own loan portfolio.
